Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 6 April 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

Sector Rotation Monitor ("the Service") is operated by Neremar Advisory Ltd (company number 08828600, registered in England and Wales). By creating an account or accessing the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Sector Rotation Monitor is an information-only platform providing market data visualisation and analytical tools. The Service aggregates publicly available financial data and presents it through proprietary scoring and ranking methodologies. It is NOT investment advice.

3. No Investment Advice

Nothing on this website constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the website's content as such. We do not recommend that any financial instrument should be bought, sold, or held by you. Do your own due diligence and consult your financial advisor before making any investment decision.

4. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. The Service provides data and analytical tools — the interpretation and use of that data is entirely at your own risk.

5. Account Security

You must keep your login credentials confidential and must not share your account with any other person. One account per person. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the Service
  • Redistribute, resell, or republish any data from the Service
  • Reverse-engineer the scoring or ranking methodology
  • Share your account credentials with any third party
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, methodology, software, and code are the intellectual property of Sector Rotation Monitor and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Data Sources

The Service aggregates data from third-party data providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data. Data providers may change their terms or availability at any time.

9. No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Neremar Advisory Ltd for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total subscription fees you have paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Neremar Advisory Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neremar Advisory Ltd, its directors, officers, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Payment & Refunds

Subscriptions are billed via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the Stripe Customer Portal; access continues until the end of the paid billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

13. Free Trials

Free trials automatically expire at the end of the trial period. There is no obligation to continue after a trial. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue trial programmes at any time.

14. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason including violation of these Terms.

15. Modification of Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
